Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and orchestrate daily operations to ensure seamless functionality across all departments.
• Design and enhance effective systems and processes that elevate departmental performance.
• Inspire and mentor a team of five professionals in marketing, sales, and logistics to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to transform strategic visions into actionable growth initiatives.
• Harness your knowledge of Amazon marketing to optimize product listings and enhance conversion rates.
• Build strong relationships with our international teams, fostering collaboration across diverse cultures.
• Streamline the supply chain to improve efficiency and deliver products to customers expeditiously.
