Gifford is looking for a Lead Office Representative to join our Rehabilitation Department at the Kingwood Health Center in Randolph, VT.
Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Lead Office Representative is responsible for ensuring staff and patient satisfaction while serving as a clinical and technical resource. This role plays a key part in coordinating quality activities and works closely with the Rehabilitation Manager to organize therapists’ schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate in-services. The Lead Office Representative ensures the smooth and efficient operation of reception and secretarial functions, including message taking, scheduling, reminder calls, and patient registration. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role upholds high standards to create a positive experience for both patients and the office team. Additional responsibilities include ordering supplies within budget, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines for chart coordination, and supporting overall office efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and exceptional customer service skills.
