Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Payroll Management: Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees across our locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Compliance Assurance: Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and ensure compliance with all regulations.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including tax forms, direct deposit information, and benefit deductions.

• Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly, maintaining trust and transparency.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and accounting teams to coordinate payroll changes, new hires, and terminations.

• System Optimization: Leverage our ADP platform to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-location or automotive dealership environment.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS platforms and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy, especially when working with numbers.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements to payroll processes.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.

• Integrity: High level of confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
