Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Payroll Management: Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees across our locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Compliance Assurance: Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including tax forms, direct deposit information, and benefit deductions.

Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly, maintaining trust and transparency.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR and accounting teams to coordinate payroll changes, new hires, and terminations.

System Optimization: Leverage our ADP platform to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-location or automotive dealership environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS platforms and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy, especially when working with numbers.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements to payroll processes.
