Waterfront Program Manager

Job Overview

The Waterfront Director is responsible for planning and delivering water-based activities that are safe, fun, and engaging for campers. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the waterfront area, including staff supervision, training, and equipment maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Activity Planning: Develop and implement weekly waterfront schedules in coordination with department directors, ensuring a variety of activities that cater to different age groups and abilities.
• Staff Supervision: Schedule, observe, and evaluate waterfront specialists, boating specialists, and lifeguards, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance their performance.
• Equipment Management: Manage the physical equipment in waterfront areas, including inventory, daily safety checks, and submitting orders for repairs or new equipment as needed.
