REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years Early Childhood experience. (Preferred)
- North Carolina Early Childhood Certification (EDU 119). (Preferred)
- Physical ability (able to exert up to 30 pounds of force) and dexterity to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job. (Required)
- Ability to fulfill all North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education (NCDCDEE) requirements to work in a licensed child care program. (Required)

- Position: Full-time | 12-months | Monday - Friday
SALARY
- Annual Salary - $29,000 - $32,000
*Based on education and experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement STREAMin3 Curriculum along with activities that support the whole child
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all children
- Be positive, approachable, and professional in interactions with parents/guardians, staff, students, and community members
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student information
- Communicate effectively with families about their child’s development
- Respect families’ beliefs and values
- Willingness to attend professional development opportunities
- Be open and flexible to all other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Director and/or Assistant Director
- Collaborate and work well with teachers, staff, and board members
- Communicate with the Director ensuring all parties; students, caregivers/guardians, teachers have support where needed

- Implement routines and activities that engage children and positively impact their overall development
