We are hiring for a global leader in manufacturing, and seeking a dynamic and experienced Pricing Manager to lead the pricing strategy and execution team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape market presence and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights.
As the Pricing Manager, you will lead a team of two Senior Pricing Analysts, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional development. You will be responsible for the end-to-end pricing analytics lifecycle, from data collection and exploration to insightful reporting and strategic recommendations.
Location: Alpharetta, GA (3 days/week)
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with business objectives and maximize profitability.
- Conducting in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation to inform pricing decisions.
- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques (including exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting) to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Building and maintaining robust pricing models and tools using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Creating compelling data visualizations and presentations using Power BI/Tableau to communicate pricing insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management teams to ensure consistent pricing execution and alignment.
- Monitoring pricing performance, identifying trends, and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Leading data automation efforts to improve pricing processes and efficiency.
- Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging pricing trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in strategy, analytics, pricing, or a related field, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in data automation and visualization. Quantitative backgrounds (Quants) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills are essential.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros), SQL (for data extraction and manipulation), Python (for data analysis and modeling), and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with Microsoft tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Project is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline is required. A Master's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
