Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with a strong background in developing web and mobile applications on cloud platforms, particularly AWS. This position will require leadership in guiding both onsite and offshore teams, with a focus on delivering cloud-based solutions leveraging the latest technologies, such as AWS, React, .NET Core, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and modern software delivery practices such as CI/CD and DevOps.

In the past 2 years the candidate should have had experience working on a web application on a cloud platform developed in .NET and has knowledge of cloud services preferably within AWS cloud.

Skills Required

Lead onsite and offshore teams in the development and delivery of Cloud based Web & Mobile Applications.

Enable or coach teams with technical skills and ready to dig on the technology front as needed.

Strong experience on software development technologies like AWS Cloud, Web, Device connectivity recently or in the past with expected experience from 10-14 years in industry.

Strong experience as a Full stack developer with front end REACT Redux, Backend C#, .NET Core, Web Framework ASP.NET Core, Scripting Language Python, TypeScript, AWS infrastructure & Modern Cloud Native technologies including CI/CD & DevOps.

Experience in working in Agile environments.

Full Software Life Cycle Experience in the Medical Domain (Good To have).

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
