We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will assist the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Administration: Provide administrative support to the project management team, including preparing project documents, reports, and presentations.
2. Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, managing project calendars, and tracking project progress.
3. Communication: Serve as a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and participate in quality assurance activities.
6. Time and Expense Tracking: Track project time and expenses, and prepare invoices and financial reports.
7. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Proficient in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
