The duty is a job that involves taking messages and directing tow trucks to people and vehicles that need assistance. dispatchers are usually responsible for answering phones, keeping track of tow truck availability. A dispatcher must be able to quickly identify the vehicle involved, the location. Additionally, must be able to communicate with the tow truck drivers.
- Receive calls for emergency and non-emergency services.
- Identify nature and location of call.
- Monitoring the progress of the tow.
- Using computer-aided dispatch (FSL) systems.
- Use radio to provide information to drivers about the location of the service.
- Answering calls and provide information to callers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
