What your future day will look like:
- Control, manage and prioritize calendars, plan meetings, appointments and conferences.
- Manage all aspects of travel.
- Carefully prepare meeting agendas, material and presentations. Attend meetings as required and follow up on action items.
- Track and managing the executive’s expenses.
- Draft emails and internal memos, preparing reports and managing correspondence.
- Create presentations, acting as liaison to management team, manage workflow and deadlines.
- Act as Spanish translator for Hispanic workforce.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bi-Lingual both verbal and written (Spanish) highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an executive support role.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
