Front Desk Agent-Marina
A Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming and providing friendly service to guests of the Golden Nugget hotel and casino.
Responsibilities:
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
- Provides professional, attentive service to all marina guests.
- Assists in answering guests’ inquiries concerning accounts and general hotel information.
- Registers guests, assigns slips, receives and disseminates guests’ messages and mail.
- Also responsible for posting to guest accounts as appropriate.
- Secures bank, makes change, accepts payments from guests in settlement of accounts, and deposits as per established policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Prior computer experience required
- Two or more years of office administration experience preferred.
- Must be guest oriented and have excellent customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
