Work Experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Excel, Word, Outlook
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Can enjoy and work constructively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Staffing Industry experience (plus)
- Spanish Speaking (plus)
- Partner with client to determine staffing needs
- Screen applicants/candidates
- Resume building of top candidates for marketing to clients
- Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Perform background checks and drug screens
- Make hiring recommendations to Account Manager
- Follow up on the interview process status
- Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicate policies and procedures and benefits during screening process
- Stay informed on policies, federal, and state laws regarding employment practices
- Process E-Verify, I-9, background checks & drug testing protocols and compliance
