This company has been serving the Greater Kansas City area's Commercial Fencing needs for decades now, securing top contracts and jobs throughout the entire metro. The Lead Installer will play a crucial role in the succesful completion of commercial fence projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Lay out and install commercial fence projects from start to finish- Effectively lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 individuals- Operate a skid loader and haul trailers- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards- Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and project requirements

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications- Proficient in using hand and power tools- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in commercial fence installation- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Qualifications

- 5 years of Commercial Fence Installation experience- Minimum of 2 years as a lead supervisor for a crew of at least 2-4 people- Must possess a Class E (chauffer's License in the state of Missouri) with a good driving record- Skilled in operating a skid loader and hauling trailers- Ability to complete a commercial fence project from layout to installation
