Position Summary:


The Onboarding Coordinator collaborates with the Onboarding Operations Manager to support the GrayHawk Health mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care is delivered in an economically sound and efficient manner. The core duties and responsibilities of the role is facilitating timely and seamless patient connectivity for Telehealth and In-home visits with members of GrayHawk Health’s clinical team. The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for thorough and accurate documentation to include patient training and troubleshooting for proper use of telemedicine equipment.


Accountabilities/Criteria


  • Assists patients with connecting to Nurse Practitioners Telehealth visits
  • Optimizes and maps the route for In-home clinical visits
  • Update and maintain patient records and visit outcomes
  • Successfully completes Check-In process coordinating with assigned clinical team in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assists with registration and scheduling as needed


Education and Experience

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and laptops
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for assisting employees
  • Must be outgoing and accessible with good customer service skills
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
  • Must have strong administrative skills with an attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in a face paced and changing work environment
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Ability to work with a diverse population


Salary:

$45,000
