Childcare Provider

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role involves engaging with children in various activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development. The Childcare Provider will work closely with families to ensure the well-being and growth of each child in their care.

Duties

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.
• Provide nurturing care to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to play and learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper hygiene practices are followed during feeding times.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities to meet their unique requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with children through play, encouragement, and guidance.

Experience
Candidates should possess experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers or as a nanny. Preferred qualifications include:

• Nannying or babysitting experience with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
• Experience working with children who have disabilities or require special education support is a plus.
• Familiarity with toddler care practices and infant care routines will be beneficial.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
