At Graza, we believe that every kitchen deserves delicious, fresh olive oil to use every day, in every way. Our two squeezable olive oils, Sizzle and Drizzle, are sold in over 15,000 retail doors nationwide, with retailers including Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, and more.
We are now looking to add a Finance Analyst to our growing team. This position will report to the Senior Director of Finance and assist with financial reporting to measure business performance as we scale, translating complex financial information into actionable insights for decision-making. This is an in person role, with the expectation of working from our Austin office 4 days / week.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and deeply understand the company financial model
- Build out scenario planning tools within operating model to analyze potential business outcomes, including pricing, revenue projections, cost drivers, and profitability analysis
- Assist Sr Director of Finance with annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts
- Create and manage customer profitability analysis and build out dashboards to review performance to plan for key accounts
- Oversee the monthly financial forecasting and reporting process, including variance analysis, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support cost optimization initiatives
- Establish and track KPIs to understand business performance across each department
- Preparing comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive leadership team, clearly communicating key insights and recommendations
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support functional objectives, such as business case development, new product and investment evaluation, identifying topline and margin enhancement opportunities, etc
Skills and Requirements
- 2 years of Corporate Finance / Investment banking / FP&A experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration or related field
- Financial modeling expertise with proficiency in Excel
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
