We are an established, team-based private practice looking for an enthusiastic & friendly person to join our team. In this position, you will build relationships with patients and provide them with the best experience possible. Duties Include:
- Greet and assist patients
- Check patients in/out for appointments and collects payment
- Answers phones and schedules appointments
- Assists patients with understanding insurance benefits
- Authorize insurance benefits
- Prepares charts for upcoming appointments
