Position Overview: The Manager of Revenue Cycle will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes of Greater Lynn Senior Services (GLSS). The Manager of Revenue Cycle oversees eligibility, insurance verification, charge posting and provider enrollment. This leadership role will also ensure compliance and improve overall operational efficiency. Ensures the smooth and accurate exchange of claims, remittances, eligibility inquiries, and other transactions between GLSS and external stakeholders such as insurance payers, healthcare providers, and vendors. Will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, reducing claim rejections, and improving overall revenue cycle performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue cycle management with a strong focus on revenue cycle functions; and a data driven mindset leveraging technology to identify trends which lead way to process improvement.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required
•Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related experience
•Proven experience in the health industry or ASAP is highly preferred
•Experience with claims management systems a plus
•Strong knowledge of insurance companies and payer regulations in Massachusetts
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Background in contracting and credentialing processes
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Hours:
Full Time 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Hybrid, after introductory period. This position requires in-person presence in the office three (3) days per week.
