The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent time management skills, proficiency in office management, and a strong commitment to customer service. Duties
- Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including tasks related to insurance billing, as well as navigating insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients and visitors.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, organization, and communication.
- Support the team with clerical tasks as needed, including filing and organizing paperwork.
- Act as a receptionist when required, managing patient interactions and appointments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience working in the medical sector is a plus but not required.
