Griffin Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead and support our Outpatient Psych Physician Services team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily management, support, and training for staff to ensure seamless practice operations.
Step in to perform duties of staff as needed to maintain operational flow.
Schedule and coordinate staff activities to maximize provider productivity, clinical quality, and patient access.
Manage payroll submission and staffing budgets, including oversight of overtime and temporary staffing.
Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and system process compliance.
Lead regular team communications through weekly standups and monthly staff meetings; document and report outcomes to the Executive Director.
Act as the main liaison between the practice and hospital-based services.
Monitor financial performance; collaborate with physicians on strategic action plans to meet budget goals.
Review and manage accounts receivable and point-of-service collections to meet established benchmarks.
Support staff development through training, performance evaluations, and licensure compliance.
Conduct annual performance reviews and manage staff competencies with support from HR and department Director.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years in a leadership role (e.g., Practice Manager, Office Manager).
Proficient in medical office operations, billing, finance, and electronic health records.
Strong data analysis and decision-making skills to drive operational improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred; High school diploma required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel between local office sites as needed.
