What You’ll Do:
- Drive business growth by leading business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and securing strategic partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, while expanding the network in key sectors
- Collaborate closely with estimating and project management teams to develop and execute growth strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics by actively participating in community events, conferences, local organization meetings, and industry gatherings

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to represent the company at networking events (industry associations, conferences, community events, trade shows, etc.)
