Skills and Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in telecom or wireless industries.
- Proven expertise in managing 4G/5G NOC environments with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making and crisis management skills.
- Experience with AI/ML based monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in ORAN, 5G Core, Transport (IP/MPLS, SDN), and Cloud-native (AWS, Wind River).
- Deep knowledge of cloud virtualization platforms such as AWS CloudWAN, VMware Telco Cloud Platform, and Wind River StarlingX.
- Proficiency in automation tools including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and centralized monitoring systems like AWS CloudWatch.
- Strong understanding of 5G components such as Core Networks, vRAN, Transport layers, PaaS platforms, gNB (Next-Generation Node B), and edge computing.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proactive approach to team management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage dynamic schedules efficiently.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure.
