We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to join our team at Gurian CPA Firm. As the Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for the company, providing administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondence, assisting executives, and performing clerical tasks. This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Gurian CPA Firm located in Dallas, TX.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding attention to detail, the capability to gather, analyze, and evaluate information critically, and the aptitude to make effective decisions to resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate destination
- Greet clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
- Schedule meetings and appointments for Managers
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain reception area, breakroom, and relevant supplies
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Scan paperwork into the document management system
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical roles
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- High level of confidentiality and personal integrity

- Professional appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
