ABOUT THE JOBThe Recruiter Assistant provides assistance with the overall sourcing and recruiting process within the organization that support the achievement of the company's business goals. Protects the organization's value by upholding the highest level of confidentiality with regard to all company related documents.- Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including travel arrangements if necessary.
• Assist with reference checks and background screenings.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded.
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, such as preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-5 years' experience in a clerical position (telephone operation, office equipment).
• Relationship building skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with computer software (Microsoft Office Suite - WORD, Excel), data entry, and computer hardware.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and have good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
