Position Summary:
· The position is responsible for general accounting duties to ensure and maintain the accuracy of the company’s financial records and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field
· Three years of related experience
Essential Job Functions:
· Assist Controller in maintaining financial records and month-end close
· Maintain cash / bank worksheet and reconcile to general ledger
· Reconcile other general ledger balances to supporting detail
· Create and process monthly journal entries – accruals, depreciation, etc.
· Review variances, research and adjust as appropriate
· Maintain accuracy of WIP (1251) report
· Enter new part numbers as requested
· Review bills-of-manufacturing for accuracy, adjust as necessary
· Review and determine impact of edited BOMs for ETs and MOETs
· Maintain payroll database and process bi-weekly payroll for HTI
· Maintain payroll database and process semi-monthly payroll for HMI
· Work with Accounting Specialist on weekly cash disbursements
· Contact past due customers regarding payment
· Assist year-end inventory reconciliation and year-end close
· Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Microsoft Office products; functional in Access
· Must be flexible and able to multi-task
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Superior organization and problem-solving skills

Pay: $34,359.00 - $65,000.00 per year
