Automotive Finance Manager

Job Title: Experienced Automotive Finance Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Volkswagen of Puyallup – 820 River Road Puyallup, WA 98371

Job Summary: As an experienced Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle financing for customers, including securing loans, selling finance and insurance products, and ensuring a seamless and customer-friendly experience. You will work closely with the sales team to provide competitive financing solutions and enhance dealership profitability while maintaining compliance with legal and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Facilitate financing and leasing options for customers, ensuring approvals are completed in a timely manner.

· Present and sell finance and insurance products, such as extended warranties, maintenance plans, GAP insurance, and other aftermarket products.

· Work closely with sales team to understand customers' needs and recommend suitable financing options.

· Build relationships with lending institutions, maintaining a strong network of financial partners.

· Negotiate and secure loan terms with lenders to achieve competitive rates.

· Accurately prepare and submit all necessary documentation for loan processing and funding.

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle sales, loans, and finance products (e.g., Truth in Lending, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.).

· Conduct thorough reviews of customer credit reports and explain loan terms and conditions.

· Monitor and report on finance and insurance product sales performance.

· Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure protection of sensitive information.

· Provide training to sales staff on financing options and product offerings.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000/year; based on experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.

· Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements.

· Proven ability to negotiate and secure lending agreements.

· Experience with dealership management systems and finance software.

· Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently.
