We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist with guest check-outs and process payments
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel environment
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Knowlege in reservation systems such as Cloudbeds & Toast is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
