We’re in search of an experienced Desktop Support Team Lead with 10 years of experience in handling Network issue and PC Related issues

Job Title: Desktop Support Team Lead
Location: Denison, TX
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Pay rate: $45 to $48
MUST HAVE skills
- IT resource in the building will be supporting 150 employees.
- Network issue PC Related issues
- Responsible to getting employees to l2 and l3 support
- Good Customer Service, Attitude and Mentality
- Ability to talk to users
- Working on ServiceNow Ticketing System is nice to Have
- O365, PowerApps, power systems
- Knowledge on SAP ERP support.
- Manufacturing Facility Experience is preferred ( building, Medical or supporting large number users)
Education
- Candidate must have a Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Manufacturing degree.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $45/hr. to $48/hr.
