- Complete resident requested work orders in a timely manner

- Lead Generation

- Customer Fulfillment (The part where our maintenance teams excel!)
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals:
- Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of greater than 95%
- Complete greater than 75% of all work orders within 48 hours
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less
