Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Fabricate components or parts as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including logic controllers and electrical components.
- Conduct residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems.
- Experience with welding techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is an advantage.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams or projects.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to quality workmanship.
