POSITION SUMMARY\:
The Growth & Development Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department to meet the organization objectives related to growth of Health First services including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, medical group, medical services organization, and outpatient and wellness services. Provide on-going reports and presentations to key stakeholders on market intelligence, trends, challenges, and opportunities to pursue, expand, enhance community services and opportunities for revenue and growth.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES\:
- Recruit, manage and develop staff (as allocated), including the work of associate level team members, in alignment with Health First standards.
- Develop reports and dashboards to transparently track and report on key performance indicators relating to growth for Health First services including hospitals, ASC’s, medical group, MSO, and outpatient and wellness services.
- Create and present monthly business overview reports to system leadership including market intelligence, volume trends, barriers, and action plans to achieve goals.
- Utilize various data and business intelligence to gather, analyze, and present business opportunities for presentation to executive leadership summarizing community needs, services and opportunities for growth.
- Lead and participate in Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) projects, as a provider and growth subject matter expert (SME).
- Accomplish project goals through clear task prioritization, organized work activities, efficient time management, mindful resource usage, and appropriate influence of stakeholders.
- Develop detailed action plans, tracks progress, and effectively communicates project status updates.
- Identify and escalate emerging trends and issues from the customer perspective.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and IDN leaders to create solutions to resolve trending customer experience issues.
- Manage and maintain provider database to ensure accuracy of information.
- Maintain client and vendor relationships and serve as department liaison as assigned.
- Establish and maintain effective, productive working relationships with key internal stakeholders to meet system performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones.
- Education\: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Work Experience\: 5 years of healthcare industry or business management experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\:
- Frequently sitting in front of a computer for periods of time; stand, stoop, bend, walk, hand-eye coordination, near-far vision
- Occasionally carry, lift, move a minimum of 10 lbs performing daily duties
- Work in diverse locations as needed
- Travel to/from Health First locations with occasional travel within and/or beyond service area.
