Responsibilities
The TA Sourcer supports the Talent Acquisition team by executing sourcing strategies necessary to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. The primary focus of this role will be to market and search for clinical and professional candidates for HSL
The TA Sourcer is accustomed to multitasking and strives to utilize social networking and job boards. Proactively sources diverse talent for intern, support, professional and management positions using innovative methods that include research, social networking, targeted direct calls, attending and networking at diversity conferences, events, job fairs, community and campus organizations, and other professional networks and identifying alternative channels to source top diverse talent.
The TA Sourcer/TA Coordinator must be proactive and work with a sense of urgency. Additionally, is socially articulate, works in close partnership with Talent Acquisition HSL and hiring managers during Talent Strategy Discussions to fully understand current workforce demographics, business needs and the approach in the market to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing creative and resourceful strategies, attract and source passive and active talent.
- Create candidate pools by utilizing resume databases, networks, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, warm and cold calling.
- Accurately post jobs on all available talent platforms including Taleo, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media sites
- Participate in job fairs, information sessions and special recruiting events, as needed
- Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-6 years of work experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition &/or Marketing.
