AP/ AR Associate

Description

The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for various duties relating to maintaining accurate and current accounts payable and accounts receivable, including data entry, generating statements, and timely communicating with appropriates individuals or entities regarding charges, payments, notices, the status of accounts payable and accounts receivable, and related information.

What You'll Do:

• Checks all vouchers and obtains appropriate payment approval.
• Prepares accounts payable checks.
• Posts all open items in accounts payable on a daily basis.
• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
• Reconciles statement and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.
• Reconciles cash schedule.
• Analyzes vendor accounts and answers all vendor inquiries.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Previous accounting experience is required
• Prior automotive experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Must submit to and pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid GA Driver’s license and a clean MVR

Salary : $31,300 - $39,700
