We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Furniture Operations Team who will work directly with our sales team and customers throughout the entire furniture ordering process. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to help build long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing
- Scheduling Installations
- Communicate directly with manufacturers, customers, and project managers to ensure project timelines stay on course
- Invoicing
- Maintaining our long-term partnerships by communicating information and timelines associated with the customer's order and installation
- Reports directly to the Furniture Operations Director
Skills
- Proven experience as in administrative support role
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
