Project Management Coordinator
Heritage Land Development is looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join our Norther Utah team.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate the due diligence and entitlement of multiple residential projects, including zoning and rezoning approvals, development agreements, preliminary plan approvals, site civil construction documents, development permits, dry utility plan coordination, and recording plats.
· Assist in preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors.
· Assist with the coordination, engagement, and management of all consultants, including Civil Engineer, Landscape Architect, Environmental, and Geotechnical Engineer, HOA consultants, with Heritage Land Development Project Managers.
· Manage scopes of work and compliance with schedule for consultants for all planning, entitlement and construction tasks.
· Work with the Land Acquisition Team to prepare various project proformas to evaluate potential financial outcomes under various acquisition and development scenarios.
· Identify potential project challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
· All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and or experience in construction management, engineering, finance, real estate, urban planning, or related field.
- Familiarity with reading and understanding civil engineering construction documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Project.
- Comfortable with financial proformas and modeling.
- Excellent people skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
