Position: Bilingual Receptionist / Front Desk Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this full-time role, you will support our team of attorneys and paralegals while playing a key role in maintaining smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Welcome clients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Administrative Operations: Oversee front desk activities, manage mail, organize office supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure efficient office functionality.
- Scheduling & Communication: Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and facilitate effective communication between attorneys, clients, and staff.
- Document Preparation: Assist with organizing, preparing, and filing legal and administrative documents as needed.
- Billing Support: Handle payment processing and maintain accurate billing records.
- General Office Support: Provide additional administrative assistance to attorneys and staff, including special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Expertise: Proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Customer Service: Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal office software.
- Organizational Ability: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in a legal office is a plus but not required.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented. Must be able to remain focused, friendly, and professional.
