Quality Assurance Lead

Summary

Plans, coordinates, and directs the continuous improvement program to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards to support the achievement of company goals for employee, company and customer satisfaction. Oversees the inspection of work at various stages of production and the sample distribution process.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office word and excel
• Effectively communicate
• Attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work.
• Ability to independently follow up on projects and judge when to involve superiors to expedite or troubleshoot problems or projects.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and responsible in fulfilling obligations.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be flexible and open to change when needed.
• Able to follow instructions and make decisions.
• Must be proven self-starter to complete projects/work orders.
• The ability to work overtime as needed.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing while reviewing preparing samples.
• Frequently bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting
• Periods of time sitting, working at the computer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
