We are looking for an Administrative professional to perform a variety of administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level clerical, administrative, technical, and coordination support while working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk:
- Type labels, correspondence, and client reports as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant departments or stakeholders to obtain approvals required for processing and payment.
- Responsible for answering and directing all incoming telephone calls.
- Greet all visitors entering the facility and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Responsible for ordering all office supplies.
- Complete clerical and filing functions as directed.
- Sort and distributes mail daily and maintain postage meter for the program as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of fax, copier, vending machines, etc.
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
- Solid knowledge of computer software including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 1 year of Administrative experience (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
