Job Responsibilities:
- Phones
- Customer service
- Payroll
- Managing accounts payable/receivable
- Scheduling
- Typing
- Invoicing and collection
- File management
- Cleaning offices
- All other duties as assigned
Personal assistant duties include:
- Assist the owner in maintaining and running the business
- Perform research projects for purchasing and advertising
- Working trade shows with owner and sales staff. (Occasional weekends required)
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience as an Office Administrator / Personal Assistant is preferable
- Strong background in the above listed job responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably Excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
