- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with filing documents and maintaining organized office files.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
