Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration into the organization
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and policies
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and address inquiries related to workplace policies
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs
- Help facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers and employees
- Support the development and tracking of employee development plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements
- Identify training needs and assist in the development of employee training programs
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation
- Provide information to employees about benefits programs and assist with enrollment
- Maintain HR metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in a diverse environment
