- Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for maintaining accurate employee records and data management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support change management processes by communicating effectively with employees about transitions within the organization.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong interviewing skills with an ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with talent management strategies and employee development practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems; knowledge of Paychex is a plus.
- Background in training development and implementation.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
