Your Responsibilities!

• Quality Assurance: Perform service calls, in-home care assessments, and supervisory / quality assurance visits in clients’ homes.
• Client Case Management: Facilitate & monitor care for clients & caregivers’ logging of client activity; follow up on assignments & client services; & maintain accurate records in company software systems.
• Caregiver Instruction: Introduce new caregivers to our clients; counsel caregivers on supervisory/quality assurance concerns after visiting clients; & provide RN supervision to address any concerns, as appropriate.
