As a Director of Accelerator Process Improvement here
at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership for process
& productivity improvement. Your strong leadership skills, strategic
thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be
essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs and
processes.
You will report directly to our Vice President,
Transformation (ESS) and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a
hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact strategy, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive continuous improvement across all departments by leading Kaizen events, fostering a culture of innovation, and implementing Lean methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste
- Develop and execute strategic plans for process optimization, leveraging data analysis, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma principles to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and promoting best practices across the company
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and their impact on productivity, cost savings, and revenue/income growth
- Develop
and implement process improvement & productivity strategies and best
practices to drive efficiency
Ensure compliance with program and process management standards and guidelines - Work with ESS leadership to drive/maintain installation and sustainment of results from the use of the processes and tools.
- Work
with Honeywell Accelerator leadership to drive & continuously improve
GDMs across ESS
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive productivity resulting in a reduction in fixed costs (FCP1) - Provide leadership in driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
