Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Benzonia Branch, Honor Bank
Job Summary:

Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM (Bank operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- No evenings or weekends!
Starting Wage:
- $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and other retail banking duties.
- Actively listen to customers and match their needs with Honor Bank’s products and services through helpful and service-oriented sales.
- Handle large sums of cash, checks, and other forms of money with responsibility, accuracy, and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain a high level of organization, reliability, and trustworthiness in every transaction.
Opportunities for Growth:
All new hires start as Customer Service Representatives with the potential to advance into Personal Banker and Universal Banker roles based on performance and development.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in customer service, cash handling, and computers is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in cash handling and managing debits and credits.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Familiarity with financial software and basic retail math is a plus.
- Ability to upsell banking products and services while ensuring fraud prevention.
- High level of integrity and organization in handling money and sensitive information.
Additional Information:
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
