Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, utilizing phone systems efficiently.
- Assist HR benefit and on board duties.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining electronic records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Provide support in office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling administrative tasks.
- Support in-house project and administration efforts by addressing team needs and projects promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic medical receptionist duties is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, G-Suite).
- Previous experience in clerical work or as a personal assistant is advantageous.
