Project Billing Specialist
Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. is in need of a project billing specialist. The project billing specialist is responsible for the monthly submittal of owner billings and payment to subcontractors. Duties include, but are not limited to, monthly review of required documentation from subcontractors, process payments to subcontractors, track subcontractors lower tier vendors, compile all required documentation for owner billings per the contract. Prior experience with a commercial general contractor and knowledge of construction contracts and documents required. Howard Shockey & Sons is a regional general contractor based in Winchester.
