Overview
We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist (internal) to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining, building out, and improving our company infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and networking, Active Directory, DNS, registrar, hosting, basic website security, and experience with any CRM. THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE ROLE. REMOTE APPLICANTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Required Qualifications (Minimum of 1 year experience working with):
- DNS Records
- Hosting Platforms
- Domain Registrars
- Website Migrations
- Various Computer Hardware Troubleshooting
- Computer Networking (network connections, IP's, routers/switches/hubs, networked devices)
- Computer Operating Systems (Windows installs, system wipes, system troubleshooting, hardrive formatting)
- Microsoft Active Directory Deployment / Domain Controller
- Setting Up / Troubleshooting Website Security
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals (firewalls, ad-blockers, OSINT, WHOIS, anti-virus)
- Any CRM Experience (SalesForce, Hubspot, Monday.com, GoHighLevel, etc)
- Microsoft Exchange Server (Cloud / Online)
- Remote Access / Remote Desktop setup
- CDN's
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
