Our dynamic Sales Management Team has an excellent opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to direct, manage and lead key retailers and distributor partners within the U.S.A and Canada Territory. Position will be based in office in Foothill Ranch, CA facility when not traveling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Expand, grow and sustain strong relationship with key retailers and distributors
- Identify sales trends, create marketing promotions, manage inventory and report competitor direction.
- Be primary source for all contact between Daiwa and key National Accounts.
- Manage/direct and lead independent sales representatives and regional distribution partners.
- Develop and maintain monthly and yearly sales forecast
- Oversee account’s marketing funds and customer service
- Travel with sales representatives attend trade and consumer shows.
- Communicate with management monthly and annual territory analysis.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience which may include outside sales, retail sales, or sales into a retail environment
- Must be able to travel 40% for business and trade shows
- Highly motivated sales professional who must demonstrate proven track record of sales successes
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, advanced excel, power point, retail math, planogram proficiency, and other communication platforms are beneficial
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics Navision
- Excellent selling, interpersonal, public speaking skills and critical thinking
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
