Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Benefits Management:

  • Oversee the design, administration, and communication of health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure benefits compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Lead open enrollment and vendor management processes.

Compensation Management:

  • Develop and manage job evaluation and salary structures.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and pay equity analyses.
  • Administer bonus and incentive programs aligned with business goals.

Payroll Administration:

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Manage relationships with payroll service providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain payroll system improvements and reporting features.

HR Operations Management:

  • Streamline HR processes, systems, and workflows for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and security while generating actionable reports.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Workers’ Compensation Management:

  • Manage workers’ compensation claims from initiation to resolution.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, legal teams, and medical professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal workers’ compensation regulations.
  • Develop programs to reduce workplace incidents and promote safety.

Employee Engagement & Experience:

  • Foster a culture of recognition, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead engagement and wellness initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior leadership.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6 years of HR administration and leadership experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
  • Proven experience creating, deploying, and communicating HR strategy across an organization.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing compensation and benefits plans.

Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing HR systems, payroll platforms, and vendor relationships.

Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt and lead change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
